There is no room service and staff is not cooperating. No good behavior towards Indians.Please consider above things before booked this hotel

It's very near to airport. Can rely. The guy there was very helpful and allowed a late checkin inspite of closure

The room that we got was in the corner of the resort while there were other rooms available near the pool 😔, secondly the caretaker was extremely rude with us the next morning when we had booked a cab through him and due to some reason we got late by 10min and the cab left without us, on top of that when we came to the reception the caretaker started shouting on us and asked us to book our own cab and go, at Max he gave us a number to contact for cab and he left us all alone in a country we don't speak their language, luckily we got the cab in time and reached airport or else we would have missed our flight, it was very unprofessional of the caretaker to leave us on our own.

It's good for one day stay. The reason we stayed here was, we had our flight next day in morning. One good thing is that they provide you free pick and drop from the airport

Hotel is neat clean, staffs are very friendly if you need any think they will arrange for you, it’s very near to airport but fat from patong beach and bangla road as those are main attractions. But still this is near to one beach and very peaceful place.

Resort was good clean and nice but the staff was really rude and were behaving as if they are doing favor to us by giving accomodation it seemed as if we are there without money and we are not customer

Best place outside the city near the peaceful nai yang beach.

We enter the property at 8 pm but he gave our room someone else. Reason was we are very late even we pay all the booking charges in advance. And attitude was very bad. Then he gave us the room was very bad no towel inside no soap and many more

This was the last day at Phuket, the hotel is very close to the Airport and they have a free shuttle. It was so good staying here, especially at a price like this. They have a good breakfast facility and a free shuttle to the Beach as well. We spent our last day at the Beach. The stay was good overall.

However the room was bit hot during day time but I found good atmosphere Around the hotel. Decent swimming pool and lots of greenery.

The room was OK, the hotel was clean. It has a pool also which we enjoyed. Very close to the airport. Not worth staying for more than 1 day though as nothing is nearby.
