They provide kitchen but basic utensils were not there. The breakfast had no Indian food options. The Property is classy and the locality is good for a family outing.

The property was amazing and its location in the heart of sukhimvit area and accessible for all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted with smile. Over all it’s a fantastic experience and stay.

The hotel does not deserve five stars as the furniture is worn out and there is a bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the cleaning service is bad as they return the same furniture and do not change it and the pool is suitable for children and not for adults and the pool water is salty and the staff are not cooperative and the location is far from the mall center as it is about an hour away if the road is crowded

Staff, specially front desk lady was rude. Not at all co-operative!!! Made us wait for too long. Very unkind behavior

The breakfast wasnt as good but the property althou is old now but staff is very corteous and is in the centre of the city eevrything is connected

The property is good only till the room. the corridor, lift and lift area are not having functioning air conditioner and feels very humid. Only problem in rooms was there is very little lighting in rooms.

It was a good hotel, exactly on the beach. It has many good eateries in the vicinity and all water sports just at your door step. It’s an old hotel but well managed and service and food was good. Not much of Indian options and it could be problem for vegetarians but for non-veg lovers, they had good options. I would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay little away from hustle bustle of Pattaya beach.

Good room...nice view..helpful staff.. The issue we faced was unavailability of Indian Food and language barrier with the staff..most of the them were unable to understand English.. Stay was worth for the amount spended.. Best thing is they have a mini mart near lobby which is open 24hrs., so you can enjoy your chatar patar anytime of the day.!

hotel Jasmine is a nice property, we booked for 3 adults with breakfast, and the experience was really decent, the facilities were up to the mark and swimming pool, gym were really decent for a small family visit..the best part is the store along with reception which was having all required items at decent rate.

The ac duct was leaking and even after informing them nothing. Not a great experience for a 5 star hotel

I had stayed in this property couple of times before. It is well maintained, polite staff and it is in a quite neighborhood with great connectivity to BTS. Highly recommend. They also have an amazing breakfast and in room menu and a supermarket attached to the property.

finest, cleanest hotel, very courteous staff, BUT more of a hostel than a hotel with ALL THE RULES. No smoking rooms because they want to covert to green hotel BUT THEY LOCK BALCONIES and thus any fresh air and oxygen. crazy people. you have forcefullly paid deposit want to rush for your flight & can't find the reciept butvthe attitude is f... your flight WE HAVE RULES. There are rules poster pasted all over and BELIEVE ME, even a military accommodation would not have them pasted at so many places.

Charged full payment of next day because of late check out. There is miss understanding due to rule of 15 hour late check out is mentioned on make my trip hotel rule list. Location is good but very traffic near by hard reach there by car due to heavy traffic. Vegitarian options not available. Amenities are really good. Service is also good.

Great view in the 26th floor , we got upgraded to junior suite. we got snacks and coffee. standards of room is really great along with sliding swimming pool and jacuzzi and spa. staff was also really polite with luggage storage

I recently stayed at your hotel in bangkok from 31st january to 3rd february, 2025. I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by your staff. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. But the location was not so convenient for exploring the city. The hotel's amenities including the pool and fitness centre were excellent. One area for improvement i noticed was the limited options for indian cuisine on the hotels breakfast menu. As an indian traveller, i would have appreciated more diverse and authentic indian food options. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting bangkok.

The stay was very pleasant. It had all the amenities required. The staff was very nice.

The stay was nice and comfortable and the staff was really polite. I enjoyed the pool and the sauna and the rooms were really spacious. The only minor issue was probably due to the hotel being a bit old, so some wooden floors were creaking, the air conditioning and plumbing were a bit noisy but none of them were major inconvenience for me since i was out most of the day. But the hotel's location and price make up for any minor inconveniences.
