The Peninsula Bangkok

It’s an excellent property but we were painfully disappointed. The shower mixer did not function and numerous genuine effort by the plumber was in vain. The medium done wagyu steak was a nightmare for the knife. The behaviour of the staff members across is worthy of appreciation, the whole bunch was very polite, helpful and courteous.

Great Service with beautiful room and comfortable bed. Excellent Spa services provided. Scarce options for vegetarians even in buffet breakfast. If you want to eat out / get pizza hut deliver, it is definitely worth a visit. The location is on the other side of the river - which makes travel cumbersome because of the traffic

Everything was excellent but no facilities for Indian vegetarian food and so had to go out for Indian food. Indian visitors will feel more homely if Indian vegetarian cuisines was served.

Brilliant experience, out of the world service, great property and so many little things taken care off, makes u feel like a king, must stay again if possible. The river and it’s magic adds to the wow factor

It was a wonderful holiday .. All because of peninsula Bangkok .. They have an awesome service. The pool area is really relaxing and they offer a wide variety of options for breakfast .. Already miss peninsula

Being staying at the The Peninsula Bangkok for the fifth time the staff are wonderful no issues only with one receptionist she acted unprofessional so i wish to pay attention-about how to treat customers
