Royal Benja Hotel Sukhumvit 5

It was a very joyful experience to stay at Royal Benja Hotel with my family. The rooms are very spacious and very convenient even for three adults. The staff is very polite and good mannered. The location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast food quality is very good, though we wished it had some more Indian items. It is a huge 31-storeyed hotel with 390+ rooms and suites. There are many good shopping and food outlets just by walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely love to stay here in future. Thanks to Make My Trip team for continuously guiding and helping us throughout the stay.

Check-in process was quite long, the reception staff were not friendly. I experienced a huge delay in just getting the room after stepping into my room. I noticed that there are no charging sockets beside the bed. It's a very old property and the breakfast menu was completely unsatisfactory. There were no good food options, and the food was very disappointing. I requested additional water bottles, which I never received even after my checkout.

The property photos shown during the booking process looked very appealing, but the actual condition of the hotel at the time of my arrival was disappointing and did not match the pictures. This caused dissatisfaction during my stay.

hotel is old now and needs renovation. location is good n you can find middle eastern restaurants nearby.

I have suffered with my family abroad because of fraudulent behaviour of MakeMyTrip This not good ethnically I would not use your service in future. Ask others to do the same on social media

I thoroughly my stay in Royal Benja hotel. It's situated in a very posh area and is in one of the central locations of Bangkok. It's close to Nana Plaza, and the BTS Nana station, so it was amazing. The amenities were very good. The breakfast options were also pretty good. I loved it. I highly recommend this.

Cockroaches in the room. Told reception about it and they came up with a spray despite knowing the fact I have an infant with me in the room

We were group of 6 people stayed 2 nights, beautiful hotel, best location, very helpful staff. Swimming pool amazing. Only problem they don’t trust with bills of food or beers. Otherwise no complaints.

very good hotel and has good view of city from top floors. the location is near nana plaza it is vibrant nightlife location in bangkok. I will choose रहित hotel if I go next time again.

Location is very Good. Facilities is also very good, there is no early check in , even though Rooms are only 50% filled. They follow a very old system of allotting rooms that’s the reason they weight for 2.00 pm check-in.

Huge rooms, maintaining standards and polite staff ..proper location..ideal for travellers with kids and family..veg food options are available...prime area near by metro
