Furama Silom Hotel Bangkok

Very disappointed with our stay. The hotel promised they could boil milk for our 3-year-old son but later refused. The room was not as shown while booking and the AC was very noisy. We had to shift hotels for our child’s comfort. Security deposit was returned. Very unprofessional.

“Great hotel stay overall – clean rooms, good service, and comfortable amenities. However, I had a bad experience with one of the outside massage services recommended or allowed by the hotel. Be cautious: some of the therapists pressure guests into paying for ‘extra services’ and it can turn into a situation where you lose money or feel uncomfortable. I suggest the hotel reviews who they partner with for such services to protect guests from this kind of behavior.”

We stayed 3 nights for business purposes The entire stay was good They have executive class room, very comfortable and they offer executive lounge also if we book the exclusive class rooms, which is on the 19th floor The complementary break fast good The hotel room services also good 2 mts walk only the Hindu Maha Mariyamman temple 2 mts walk only the pure Vegetarian south indian restaurant Sugam south indian restaurant The 100% pure veg restaurant food was very tasty Excellent location the Hotel

I always stay in this place. It very comfortable, super location, filled with all amenities, staff are super supportive and very friendly. Every service we get in 1 call. I always prefer this hotel for my Bangkok stay and suggest everyone same.

Although the staff provided excellent service and were very courteous, the presence of cockroaches in the rooms was a notable drawback.

In my room that was 1413. There were multiple cockroaches 🪳. I found then everywhere carpet, bed etc.

I have booked single bed room but front office staff was so rude they dined to give us single bed room. So after waiting one hour finally they give me twin bed room which is useless for me as single .

It was good stay , almost everything near by. will come back for sure. you can find many vegeterian near by , Hindu temple is there in 100m. A lot of there to explore.

Hotel location was the key. Hotel rooms were quite nice and big. The service is bit on the down side.

Old property, small bathroom. Service staff was rude, delay in Service. Wait time for Housekeeping services or requirment is too long after multiple calls. Request to mmt to take care of these since MMT facilitating this hotel for the mmt users

an old but good hotel. the deluxe rooms were large and comfortable. the location was excellent with most facilities a walking distance away.
