Novotel Living Sukhumvit Legacy

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, merely a few minutes' walk from the Terminal 21 mall. Nearby, one can find Indian restaurants and Seven-Eleven stores. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional, assisting guests in securing cabs at reasonable rates. The rooms are both spacious and clean. Although there is a wide variety of breakfast options available, Indian cuisine is not offered, despite a significant number of Indian guests staying at the hotel.

Very good hotel , excellent room. There were no amenities placed in the bathroom like dental kit etc . Staff is very direct in their communication and can be slightly more considerate

Hotel at a prime location but too much traffic on Sukhumvit main road. They had an amazing city view rooms. Pool is also well maintained with good kids section. Only one issue we faced was the room service guy rang the bell early morning around 7:30 am which was really annoying but they accepted their mistake.

pathetic property. complained of sink clogging but staff did nothing. hardly any veg options in breakfast. 8k per night is wat i paid but at best its a 3k per night hotel. there are far more better properties in the vicinity. AVOID this one

Fabulous location and walking distance away from BTS, malls, groceries and restaurants. Many Indian restaurant options nearby. Great staff....very polite and welcoming

Location was fine but terrible experience with food as none of the options for Indian vegetarian & restaurant staff was very much rude to make any effort for guest also less bother to attend the service part from restaurant staff, not at all recommended for Indians, though focusing on international breakfast spread wherin so many options were too missed

Location is just perfect. And close to many nice Indian restaurants. Overall all amenities are really good.

Very good property. Well thought out design and amenities. Very good quality bath and mattress. Well maintained swimming pool and good break fast buffet. The Dinner dining at the Mexican restaurant was really good. Good toiletries like soaps, shampoo. Will consider Novotel in the future.

Clean beautiful spacious rooms...loads of indian food available at walking distance(best one is amritsr approx 200m far)...only issue was traffic in day time cuz of its location

porperty location was good ,amenities were good, but need more food items in breakfast and menu as they only japense and mexican resturants. no other food is avialbe. services were wuite good

It's a great family friendly hotel with nice clean rooms and a very polite and helpful staff even the in-house restaurants are amazing, and the other great thing is the location centrally located with everything like malls, food courts, indian restaurants in walking distance.
