We have noticed that some of our newly purchased items have gone missing from the room , the staff in front desk are very rude

Location is super prime, this alone could be reason for booking but for excellent service, great food and very cordial and helpful staff, the stay could not be any better. Delighted…

Check in to check out was smooth requested early check in & got it after 3 hours of wait. Very accommodating staff very kind to make us have breakfast on day of arrival. New refurbished rooms. States for 1 day as we have our next stay @ sim kempenski.

When ordering a taxi through the bolt app, the hotel lobby does not appear, so i had to use another expensive app

Excellent hotel with all luxury amenities in room. Amazing breakfast with lots of spread and taste was great. Guests were also great there and decent. In my opinion it has a biggest(longest) swimming pool. One can enter to m bk mall and national stadium bts station easily from hotel. Grab taxi easily available. Staffs were super friendly and ready to help with smile. Will return for sure.

Great ambiance & easy access for all things

Dirty drinking water in room, they don't give water bottle as there is drinking water tap in room, they gave us apology letter and some biscuit and water bottle for dirty drinking water, no Indian dishes in breakfast, not much veg option.

It's about location. Very close to shopping malls and metro service. In fact the hotel complex share building with MBK mall. One can use the sky walk from the mall to Metro Station or walk towards Siam center 1 or paragon mall. The rooms are OK. Breakfast had Indian options too and was elaborate. Swimming pool on 8th floor was were we nested for 2 days mostly. It's fun for the kids. Good hotel for family in the heart of the city. I will recommend it.

Staying in Princess and shopping is like dream come true for any one. It is in the heart of the Town and can internally connect to many shopping areas like MBK, siam discovery etc etc

The Hotel is in a very conveniently placed central location near to all central business districts and metro and to all malls. The staff is very courteous and food is yummy
