Best hotel, good location, polite staff, all is very good,clean hotel , beautiful property everyone was so cooperative and cool

Food was below average. Simple fruits like Bananas were not replenished. Vegetarian options very limited. Rooms not having adequate lighting. Hotel shows signs of aging

I stayed in the privilege room this time for 5 nights after my past stays in the deluxe one. Rather disappointed by the quality of housekeeping. Most things were never refilled be it coffee of toiletries. You had to call and ask them everyday. The housekeeper didn't even bother to fill shower gel in the empty box. The lounge and the lounge staff are excellent. The food in the restaurant is below average It's pathetic

the receptionist like Wenna and Ada we very rude with exception of Bell who was understanding Also in the breakfast area the servers were very un cooperative and rude .Initially I was denied higher floor which I had specifically requested during booking Thanks to MMT intervention I got the 15th floor with good views The internet connection was hopeless struggled to get any work done.The hotel was spic and span and housekeeping is good.You cannot go to another room Ten friends were there together we found it difficult .So if ur with family or a single woman book a hotel near the river side Thanks to Mmt customer care for helping me out MMT is the best and most reliable

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Deluxe Room. It’s located right on the Sukhimvit alley 11 which has plenty of bars,restaurants, convenience stores etc. But i would like to add that the restaurants and bars here are all very expensive due to the location. Service at the Mercure is pretty quick and they have an excellent breakfast spread. The only downside is that the rooms have very little floor to ceiling height. Even their high end rooms have the same problem. Also the rooms are definitely worth the price. So if you are very particular about the room then please do check out other hotels like Aira and Nysa in the same area.

Mercure Bangkok Sukumvit Soi 11 is located in one of the most vibrant heart centre of the City having pleasant vibes of music and dance till late night making one enjoy the nightlife, Food served at Breakfast was superb but needs Indian dishes , Behaviour of staff was excellent 😀

Mercure is very well.placed in the bustling street soi 11 of sukhumvit. The rooms are spacious. The staff is pleasant. Early check in and late check out comes with a cost Overall a great experience .we always stay here ..

OLD PROPERTY centrally located near all the eateries,clubs and pubs. The room interiors have become old, i got room 1002, it looked like a make-shift room , i booked for a king size bed whereas i got two beds joined together to make one, which was really not comfortable, when informed katie to shift me , she did not pay much attention. I feel there is an urgent need for renovation , for the same price you will get better properties around. *Location* The property's location is excellent, being close to the MRT station, restaurants, pubs, and malls. I've stayed here multiple times in the past and have always appreciated its convenience. *Room Experience* However, my recent stay in Room 1002 was disappointing. The room's interior appeared outdated and in need of renovation. Despite requesting a king-sized bed, I was given two single beds merged together. Additionally, the light switches were inconveniently located far from the bed, the AC was noisy, and the washroom had noticeable stains. *Guest Service* I brought these issues to the attention of Katie at the reception and requested a room change, but unfortunately, my request was not addressed. *Recommendation* Given the presence of newer hotels in the area offering similar or better prices with renovated rooms and improved guest service, I strongly recommend that the management consider renovating and upgrading the property to maintain its competitive edge and provide a better experience for future guests.

Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is one of the most centrally located property in Soi 11. Excellent staff, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. I have stayed there twice already and looking forward to many more.

Easy access for transport and shops are nearby.

The hotel is very well located and all the places are very accessible. The rooms are huge and clean and the staff is very helpful.

Bad behaviour very rude staff,room service waiting time will make you cry, also if ur late fr 5 mins while check out they will create problems, will make you wait fr long at check in spcly if ur Indian highly Bias behaviour

Rooms are totally outdated. Need a revamp for the price they charge. Although all staff were very polite and courteous. Rooms are horrible!

Stay was pretty average, rooms need a modern upgrade. Breakfast spread was decent but can improve, in room dining menu is extremely limited and food ordered was not upto expectations.

Located bang in the middle of the city with famous pubs and restaurants barely 10 min walk, mercure is fantastic property. They offered an early check in with compliments, the rooms are big, wi fi is great and the breakfast is brilliant. Staff is helpful and very accommodating
