it was good but felt they could provide more options in terms of room service and facilities in room otherwise staff was helpful and good

Facilities and Rooms were good the Interior was also good , but it Lacked a llot of Hospitality, the breakfast had same stuff daily , only bread butter and fruits were served for Vegetarian options. Definitely not recommended for Indian’s travelling to Bangkok. Also we experienced partially inferior service compared to locals or other National guests. It was totally a low key experience.

no service , remote location, small rooms

If indian no point it's very farvaway from pratunam and indira market almost 8 kms far away, breakfast was bad, there where flying ants on vegetables every-time and no options for vegetarian, not fit. For indians travel-ling

Food surrounded by mosquitos and not goof staffs and foods taste thts why i pay but not eaten so many issues

No good service, in pictures room was different but real room was different, small room space, no good vibes in this hotel

All good but the location. Room is excellent, food is excellent. Staff good all good except location.

The reviews are true! too many mosquitoes in my room i couldn’t sleep. The bathrooms are way too small too. The smallest bathtub i’ve ever seen. Only fit for a child. Lighting was terrible too.

This hotel is only busy doing promotions, that can attract tourists. I reached this so called 5star hotel on 7th. There was no welcome drink even. They gave me a room without bathtub whereas i booked a room with one. When i protested they showed me a room that too in the extreme corner with a baby tub. Only kids can fit in. The breakfast was included but there are no adequate edible options. Which they call american standard. I have been to 3 star with american standard breakfast. They have much better options. Anyway. The staff were rude even and always busy doing photoshoot and video shoot of models for the promotion of the inadequate bad hotel. I suggest not to book this hotel at least paying so much of hard earned money. There are much better hotels which we will get just paying a thousand more.

Everything gets worse while checking out they made us pay 5000 thb and said we have used and damaged their iron box and table where as we didn't even used it and they have threatened us in the name of police

Very good hotel to stay for family

The hotel rooms are to small. I stayed at room no 420 and there was no space in the room to open my suit cases and the rooms and as well as the hotel is full of mosquitoes.

Even though the bedsheet was already bit dirty. Did informed the reception but at check out we were charged extra for damaging the bedsheets. We didn't argue over it and moved on by paying.

Very good rooms and very neat hotel.

The hotel was very good with all the modern facilities. Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is not good for freaky travel or due to distance from the center point but very good to stay in luxury in relax mood. I really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Wonderful room with great amenities/utilities (washing machine and microwave etc. ). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Great experience overall in every aspect
