Amazing location and resort. Good assortment of breakfast and beautiful riverside seating. Daily live music.

It was a good stay at montien riverside . I like their services. Foods are good too rooms are spacious with bath tubs.

Everything was good , it was clean and all but in room dining service was not upto mark . They can add more dishes too

It was a pleasant experience stay at Montien Riverside. Nice staff, overall satisfactory services and an elaborate buffet. Though Indian dishes weren't very authentic but it hardly mattered with such a widespread buffet. Riverside bar and restaurant plus the live music makes the ambience even more tranquil.

The hotel is extremely dated with pathetic service. They are still living 20 years behind in the hotel. The only top point of the hotel is the location and view but there are better hotel options for that

Beautiful and luxurious stay at the riverside with 7-11 and terminal 21 mall at a walkable distance of 2minutes. They have 24x7 cafe and good view. Great stay

Hotel is big. Rooms are spacious, just needs to be renovated and should improve lighting in common areas, corridor, lobby as it gives haunted vibes in evening. Rest everything is great)

Just near terminal 21 mall. Only thing missing was indian food from their menu. Staffs were very polite, courteous and service oriented.

Staff was very rude. They didn’t even provide water bottle. I ordered tea also but none delivered even after followup. Worst and pathetic experience

Wonderful riverside destination with rustic interiors outside scenery is good. Rooms were having beautiful river view only with a downside of a very weak wifi for a working person like me. Washroom didn't have jetspray and bathroom amenities were average

Nice service and we are happy to stay here again and again, hospitality was wonderful at reception.

I stayed there for two nights with my mother. We both are mature adults. I was the lead guest which was also mentioned in the booking. I feel the hotel employees were a bunch of cunning people. I had a very difficult time communicating with them in english language. I have studied in english language schools and college in delhi, pune. I have a full timemba degree from an american university. I have worked with companies like dell, orange for their american, euro, thai, chinese, singapore, indian, egyptian to name a few, so i am confident about how i communicate. I remember taking to some thai team members in few projects-during my orange days, they were fickle minded and felt that they were not very result and goal oriented. They would pretend that they did not understand what i said and wanted me to repeat and shout at them. I had to take pain killers because of this cunning behavior of this hotel employees. Chairs, plates were very heavy even for the slightest movement. Only saving grace was food.

Very cozy hence royal property! Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, infinity swimming pool and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. A nice Spa in a hotel which is provides authentic Thai massage. Mainly riverside view is a cherry on the cake…we enjoyed lot that charishmatic electrifying view of port and cruizes sailing in a river at night.

Nice hotel. Its on the riverside with a very good hotel restaurant with ample of space for kids to play around. We can have a coffee till late night. Location wise and family wise its worth staff is polite, very courteous and helpful near to termial 3 rama 3

Everything was wonderful! everyone was very kind, very helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is lovely, the view of the river was great. It’s a bit further away from the busier areas, but it ended up being quite peaceful. The hotel is beautiful too. My one tiny complaint, which will not be a problem for most people, is that i hope they get more tv channels xd

Well maintained hotel with all facilities and amenities. Rooms are big and service is excellent. Awesome river view and the city view.
