The property was amazingly beautiful. The amenities, location, view from the room, hospitality - everything was so so good. The complete stay was so comfortable.

The room is very clean. And all staffs have hospitality. Very comfortable during my stay.

The accommodations was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a range of fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool and gymnasium. The location was also conveniently connected, making it easy to get around. To avoid traffic, i recommend taking grab bike rides - a great way to explore the area!

Good location to go to the airport. The room was ok. The slippers provided by the hotel are not good for walking. No grip and therefore danger of slipping and hurting yourself. Breakfast was rather lacking in taste. They had poha ( a maharashtrian item) but used broken rice for it. So not edible.

It was an amazing stay at lancaster. Our check-in was very smooth and everyone was very courteous. The breakfast options were plenty, fresh and delicious. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and had great views. Pool was clean and refreshing. Highly recommended!

We are a married couple and we found lancaster bangkok one of the best hotel stays we have experienced ever. Right from the luxury, the ambience, the level of cleanliness, dedication and politeness of the staff and willingness to help and assist guests is something which we will never ever forget. Their food was also great and the location of the hotel is superb. There is a street food lane right opposite the hotel next to the 7/11 which will take your food trip to another level!

It was a good experience altogether. Rooms service was not up to the mark. Food however was amazing.

We stayed here for 4 days. It was an awesome experience. Everything is so perfect. Starting from location, food, rooms, staffs everything. It's a proper 5 star hotel. The rooftop pool was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at bangkok.

It was a wonderful stay. Service was very good. They even allowed us to check out a bit later as our flight was delayed. Rooms are big and well equipped. Very comfortable

Great hotel in good location, free shuttle to petchaburi mrt station, 2 room family suites is beautiful with bath tub. Beautiful hotel. Guests are allowed. Prasan mit ferry station is very near and can be used to move around Bangkok.

Very convenient to reach from the Airport by the Air Link Train and just about a 10 minutes walk from the station. Walking proximity to the Sukhamvit area. Again just a 10 minutes walk to the MRT Station with the hotel offering a free shuttle service to reach it. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.
