Ramada D’ma Bangkok Hotel

Hotel was good rooms were spacious only concern was breakfast as there was not much options available in breakfast

The staff is very rude. They require money for every things. room service is not provided at all. The full hotel is no smoking zone and for smoking you go outside of the hotel. Their are no any care taker at swimming pool. The receptionist staff is not good at all and they send the luggage with you and not with any person. At reception, no welcome drink provided as written in my booking. Early check in is not provided and ask for one thousand Bhat even before only 30 minutes. very bad experience of this hotel

The hotel location was good, but it was poorly maintained, with wooden flooring coming out, staff was not ready to give keys 5 mins before 2 PM

Breakfast at property is good. The location also all right... for an indian lots of food options nearby. Rooms are clean. 1000 baht is security deposit.

Friendly and Exelent treatment. Rooms are cleaned and well furnished too. All the things in the hotels are very nice.

The location is good near 7-11 and a lot of Indian restaurants are near the hotel. It was good to stay in this Hotel in Bangkok

Overall the Hotel premises was good, Lobby was nicely maintained but the Rooms for triple sharing specially are very Small & Wash Rooms too are not so good enough, smells sometimes, overall rooms should be upgraded, thanks

Washroom was not proper working And Food is average

The property is Old, not much renovation, the woodwork in the room & resturant was smelling of dampness. The room had cockroach inside the wood almirah. Definately not recommended.

Excellent hotel and good location and very good staff and swimming pool is also good and gym also very good

Initially the hotel looked okay. We got a good room with 2 beds (which we didn’t want as we had an infant) and a bath tub. It was in a good location surrounded by Indian restaurants But that was about it. The beds were crooked. Both of them made creaking sounds when you tried to lie down. Upon talking to the hotel management they said all beds were same. And all they could do was add a topper which didn’t help. The bathroom had cockroaches. The breakfast spread poor at best.
