Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

Property is good. Clean. Big rooms well kept. It’s right in the middle of a mall which is quite a happening place. So great for shopping and fun. Food is good. Excellent staff. Polite. Helpful. Overall it’s a Greta place to stay in.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very close to all the shopping centres and its very clean. I loved their pool too...will definitely visit again

Charged extra for two hours late checkout. 1000 Baht / hour. Anyone planning. Please think that they would be flexible

It was our first stay in Novotel bangkok and we loved our experience here. The staff was also friendly. And for the location, it was awesome, it was easier shopping than getting stuck in those traffics that lasted for hours. Must stay!!

The breakfast was good need to be improved and the cleaning unfortunately it wasn’t goood and they didn’t clean the room very well

It was a pleasant trip and as far as the stay is concerned in novotel ! very neat and clean property in the actual heart of the city ! the breakfast was amazing, you can find everything on the tables weather it’s veg or non veg access to malls and main market was easy as the hotel is centrally located ! very nice property and so was the services of house keeping thanks

Lovely breakfast spread. Warm staff and always ready to help. Location of the hotel is just perfect- food, shopping, everything within close proximity. Excellent room service

Superb stay

Me and my family had a lovely stay at novotel. The room was huge, we four were easily accommodated. We reached early and the staff was kind enough to give us a early checkin. The breakfast is one of the best spreads we have ever eaten. Plus they have some crazy offers on alcohol and food. Overall loved every bit of our stay. Definitely coming back soon

It is always a pleasure to be in novotel platinum. The location has wonderful connectivity with all places. Rooms are very nicely kept. Staff very cooperative. Food is excellent.

The room is pretty small for a standard size in a 5star hotel, the facilities inside the room were terrible, the phone did not work and there was only one faulty plug point for charging my phone which never worked either. The staff were pretty rude. Wud not go there again.

The hotel was good, a lot for food and shopping around this location. Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good. I room dining was very fast & economical.
