Royal Ivory Sukhumvit Nana

The room and bathroom had a very unpleasant odor. The experience was unsatisfactory, and the room's appearance resembled that of an aged care facility.

the place is too good, too close to nana plaza as well as airport. it's convenient. staff was too nice and friendly. rooms are quiet comfortable .

It’s a nice Hotel , we always consider that higher the price and better the Hotel but I found Royal Ivory worth every penny and it’s a quite decent hotel having clean rooms and all facilities to challenge a five star hotel.

Highly not recommended. The property is very old. The digital safe is not working; mosquitos are everywhere in the hotel room and hotel. The room Wi-Fi is not working; the room phone is not working. They are not providing safe bottled water. The evening staff was good, but the morning staff was very rude; they were arguing and using bad language with customers. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were professional as well, location wise it's the best with just a 5 minute walk to the nana plaza. The only thing the staff or the mm t would have told before hand was the drinks and snacks are not complimentary and chargeable. Overall it's a good hotel for family as well as bachelors.
