good location .nice behaviour of staff specially restaurant side. non veg breakfast. not more option for vegetarian peoples. but they prepare veg breakfast on demand. its ok. but most important behaviour and hospitality up to the mark. The location was close to busy chinatown street, with a variety of thai and chinese street food. Also within walkable distance and close to ha lumphong mart /bts railway station. The free breakfast at the The Krungkasem Srikrung Hotel was nice and the premises were clean and at an affordable price. Staff was very helpful and obliging.

Hotel is situated in a very connected place. It can be reached by bus, tuk tuk, mrt, and even through city canals as ha lamphong pier is in-front of the gate of The Krungkasem Srikrung Hotel. In terms of service, they are great; nice cooperating staff, neat and clean rooms. 100 percent recommend.

Nice place of stay. Little old fashioned rooms but they are ok. Bathrooms are bit smaller with very less space between wash basin and commode and also shower area. I was at the top floor. Nice view of the city from the top.
