Overall, our stay was good, but we encountered a few inconveniences. The WiFi connection was unstable, with the signal frequently dropping. Additionally, we were initially assigned a twin bedroom despite booking a king-size bed. We had to pay extra for an upgrade, which wasn't offered to us. Despite these issues, our stay was satisfactory.

It’s very close to the shopping area of Pratunam attached to palladium mall. Rooms are big and spacious, little out dated but not bad for the budget . Breakfast spread was average , but the staff is cooperative and accommodating. They do take requests and help you with specific food requirements. On the whole it’s value for money.

Berkely Hotel Pratunam was great, room size was quite large and the breakfast buffet was huge with various vegetarian options that changedd daily. The best thing its just across the road from Platinum mall, though the Palladium night market outside the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam had better deals

Excellent Room, spacious for a family of 3 with decent room amenities. We had all our meals outside the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. Very close to the Platinum mall, walking distance made the stay really nice. Prathunam is a good place to stay and around 15-20 min from Sukhumvit.

This The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam is perfectly managed and has perfect hospitality. I have worked in few 5 star The Berkeley Hotel Pratunams and never seen such good upkeep and service enthusiast staff. Must try and must go. Location is spot on and staff is super spot on.

Excellent & large spacious room for a family with 3 as good as double beds. Bfast was also elaborate and decent. Veg options could have been better, as it was limited and egg was included therein. Very nice pool, excellent location of The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam.
