good location. good breakfast with one Indian option. good views from the room in 23rd floor. small room and bed and pillows not comfortable, pillows very big. shower panel not working, either cold or very hot. no minibar in room for a 5star hotel. the staff in the lounge in the ground floor very rigid.

This hotel is exceptional, offering a wonderful experience with highly competent staff who manage all aspects flawlessly. The cuisine is also outstanding.

Easy to locate, I must say - the food was excellent…About Hospitality- really commendable🙌

Anyone wanting to book this hotel, please think twice. The rooms are large but pretty average. The curtains are not the blackout ones, so of you are willing to wake up early by the glare of the light, you’ll be okay.. The breakfast will get over by 10am. Dont expect any leniency in time. And the staff is not going to be courteous to your request, whatever be the case.. I could have paid a bit extra for the other hotels in the vicinity which I regretted later on after checking in..

Excellent stay good breakfast location is good staff well behaved only issue is North tower rooms are too far.

Location was excellent, rooms were comfortable. Service and the staff was excellent. Only thing which we felt was a bit inconvenient was the long walk from north tower to reception lobby.

It’s excellent, we had 3 rooms and I had my elderly parents travelling with us, we had issue with rooms too far, they helped sort it out. Yes had paid hefty amount but still had to pay for breakfast which was not at all reasonable.

Great stay and excellent facility and infrastructure.it was a great experience staying here good facility great ambiance breakfast was huge spread and lot of options to chose I will recommend this property and will stay here in future

Not up to the mark , breakfast terrible. Price as good as a 5 star and hotel is 2-3 star. Please go for some other good properties in same price

Wrong room category alloted and no room service after 11pm and no baby food available. Good location

Wrong room category was allotted at the time of checkin. small room with 1 window where i booked big room with big windows room. Baby bottle Sterilizing and baby food facilities not available. No room service at the night. I expect 24 hours rooms service at a 5star hotel.

What a fab stay at Berkeley, ! From a smooth early check in to a late checkout - everything was seamless ! Daisy at the front desk was so helpful and made our stay memorable! Great spread of breakfast was a plus ! Location is amazing 👏 will definitely book again

Great location for shopping at the Platinum mall. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread.
