Great hotel with a convenient location

The BTS sky train was accessible from our Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit and the location was convenient in general. The service was amazing two of the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit staff in particular were really helpful, curry and Caroline. The breakfast was really nice as well and the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit in general was really nice.
The room had good quality base speakers which was great could listen to music while relaxing in the room. Also the beds were super comfortable. Loved how they placed tea cups and chamomile tea on both sides of our bed for us to drink at night.

Staff were very helpful. We could find only everything positive there. We would come again. On arrival at the reception with a wet towel to freshen up and have a small welcome drink was a noteworthy. The simple gesture but changes the whole atmosphere. I have never had so variety breakfast in other Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvits. It was amazing. Thanks and praise to the team. Keep it up.

Location is superb....direct Skywalk to Askoe BTS and terminal 21 shopping mall. Hotel Staff were very cordial and helpful...especially in recommending local restaurants. Breakfast is a sumptuous spread. there are a few indian Dishes too and non vegetarian Indians will really Enjoy. overall a Glowing 5 star Rating from us

Wonderful Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit right in the middle of it all. Very close to Terminal 21 and Robinsons Malls. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Rooftop bar is fabulous. Macaroon store on lobby level is delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Loved how the Metro was a 2-minute walk from the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly! The Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit was always clean.
