Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok

Hotel lobby is the only good part! Room ceilings are very small. View is very bad. Hygiene is not there. Towels are bad quality

Ambience is good, service is okay. Make sure you confirm with the hotel if they are allocating the same room that you’ve booked. For me and my wife they had given a split bed room even after booking a single bed one.

We are a family of three adults and had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were big neat and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Ambience of interiors were very good. Convenience stores at the door step. Easy to hail a ride. But far from metro. Location was not close to many attractions but can be easily reached through taxis. I will definitely recommend this to other travelers as the price is worth the facility. Thanks.

Twin towers bangkok staff was very welcoming. Buffet breakfast and alacarte was decent as well. They should provide more water although in the rooms )

Very good ambience and facilities. Good variety of food at breakfast. Super swimming pool and gym. Staff at reception were very helpful. Nearest bus stop is about 10 mins walk away. 7/11 next door.

Stay was extremely good with helpful staff, it is well known for international tourists and it has everything in it. Swimming pool, spa, gym with all good ambience.

Hotel is large but old and not maintained. Service levels are poor. Lights in the room didn’t work properly. The bed shaky. Centrally located.

It was nice and pleasant stay. It had two pools, and it had some signs of it getting old with time but they maintained it well. Reading the reviews i didn't have much expectations but as i needed a stay in budget i took the risk and it was worth it as it was comparatively nice. I wanted to check in early and thought they might charge 500 bhat or something but they asked for 2000 bhat - so i decided to wait in the lobby.

I am from india and stayed here from 17th feb to 21st feb. The rooms are very clean and very neatly maintained. Staff is polite. The swimming pool is very clean and maintained as per standards. Good to stay with family. You have a 7/11 adjacent to hotel. All site seeing and mall in a radius of 3km.

I have booked for 2 nights but I have cancelled the booking after one day. Room was terrible. I would not suggest to book this hotel.
