Worst room no proper bed facility and when it comes to wifi no proper wifi connection to the room and when it was complained no proper action was taken against it

hotel is so so and old. behaviour is not good room is average.little bit far away from market.washroom is old.

I and my wife only wanted to stay for a night. We reached the hotel late and we found the ladies at the reception very rude. Their tone was harsh and was absolutely not welcoming at all!. Post entering the room, we noticed that coffee and tea sachets were missing, the bathroom sink was clogged and we had to use the comod to brush our teeth. Since we were vegetarians there was absolutely nothing that we could eat for breakfast even though we had paid for it. We were more than happy to check out before time and were glad we only booked for a night. We absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone especially Indians.

Really good and tidy stay at Bangkok. the location is good and safe

Location was at Rama VI which was about 30 mins drive from icon Siam and other attractions like grand palace ,Wat Arun and Wat pho. Hotel rooms are ok but washrooms are very congested. No balcony in the room. Receptionists are not welcoming. Over all it is a huge old hotel with 23 floors but not maintained well. Incase choosing this property make sure to carry your travel set of toiletries as the soap and shampoo provided were horrible. Kitchen was nonexistent, shown us the way to seven eleven when requested a bottle of mineral water.Highly not recommend.

The hotel was good, just that siam and asiatique which are some important attraction, becomes a bit away. Food restaurants are there but limited in number

It was a budget stay and hygienic too

I opened the make my trip app and booked the room for nova 16th. The app froze and when it refreshed, it changed the date to 01st oct. So congratulations, the app scammed me.

Good stay clean hotel

On the entry there was no help desk to guide the hotel entry, no bell boy during check in and check out, no iron in the room, no other room accessories like bathroom slippers, no tea and coffee in the room, no one is able to speak or understand english.

Very good hotel service by the staff and also hotel building cleaning, maintenance and look of the hotel is super luxury.

It was good

You get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was good, however they don’t provide any help with the luggage, which is a downer considering the fact that we were living on the 15th floor

Hotel was nice and comfortable but a little old and a bit far from the market. However, the stay was comfortable, good and spacious room and the environment of that hotel was also good
