Rooms are too small for the price, and the staffs are not at all obliging. For the price they charge I will not recommend this hotel.

hotel was average and only good thing is close to market area, walkable distance had a very bad experience as bathroom was having too much smell of drainage and have to spray air freshener after every hour found ants on table and bed, cockroach in bathroom for vegetarian no option of breakfast only bread butter and fruits

Food did not have any veg item in breakfast even though many indian have a stay here but they dont care, it feels like staff not interested in indian to stay here, i saw them talking little rude face with some indians

Good stay little far from Pratunam around 800mts.. balance all r good they won’t give u early check in and very strict even I ready to pay that different amount also they won’t help u .I arrived at 8.30am they said 2pm checkin

The overall experience was good. The staffs were so nice and hospitality was good as well. The rooms felt too small and not so airy inside. I saw only 1 lift for the whole buliding. I'm not sure if there was any else. We waited 10 mins just to go down in the morning waiting for our turn. The breakfast was just okish. Nothing much to tell.

Hotel condition is very bad in parking always chamber water is flowing in my room bad smell was their i inform to the receptionist but they nit take any step the bed is very small & also the breakfast is not good for indians also i requested to change my room but they is it is full

It was very near to all the shopping center, everything was in walking distance

The hotel is centrally located. Very convenient for shoppers as the bustling pratunam market is just walking distance. The hotel has a luggage room which came in handy for we can store all our stuff after checking out. Shall definitely stay here again.
