Very nice stay in Emerald Hotel Bangkok emerald super hospility feel like india location also good nice breakfast nearly good feel room very clean and linen very good reception deposit 2000 bhat this is not good reception staff don't know english so little bit issue because they are talking in thai language roof top swiming pool very clean

Perfectly located Emerald Hotel Bangkok. Very limited option for vegetarians despite 3 fine restaurants. Hotel staff quite supportive and willing to help.
Nice comfortable rooms. However, dimly lit for my taste. Missed having power sockets near the desk. Also, light buttons were not convenient on both sides of the bed.

WiFi was not not free and costing expensive. Toilet should have water spray rather than just tissue paper, food was good but pork items should be separately placed to avoid using of same spoon and avoid discomfort for many of customers for whom pork is prohibited.
