Absolutely marvelous stay at banyan tree bangkok. It's a beautiful hotel with superb facilities. Staff are very humble. Food is excellent. Location is superb. Overall experience is fantastic. At rooftop restaurant you will you are at top of the world.

Very kind staffs and amazing view of the city from the roof top bar. Food was also good. Hill and anon do a good job in the restaurant.

Banyan tree was amazing, breakfast was really nice. The in rooming dining menu was vast. There are a lot of restaurants to try and the staff is very friendly and professional at the same time

We reached at 4:00pm our room was supposed to be ready as we already called and informed them even though we had to wait fr an hour we got one room the other room. Was provided after 30 mins and room with bad smell washroom not cleaned well. No ventilation in room old interior tv of no use w rotten fruits. We booked table at roof top baa r drinks good food menu nothing to eat. We ordered burger salad and other several products nth g eat able and all highly priced. Very bad experience not at all. Wothy money wasted.

Right from the lobby to the rooms, the hotel gives feel of luxury. We stayed the club room on 57th floor with lounge access. The stay was wonderful.

The rooms were smelling the whole time because of the washrooms, I believe it was the sewer smell. It was unbearable.

Great business hotel with super views and amazing staff, welcoming, warm and courteous. The all day dining has a great waterfall view with beautiful landscaping while you enjoy your breakfast in great style. Wonderful place to be.
