Good, but English need to improve little bit, specially in reception counter as well as room service person. Can't understand much about the communication of the language service. Need few improvement in quick and prompt service delivery. Rest good, just need to improve the language barriers only

This is a pretty good Riverfront Bangkok located in a complex that has a mall and multiple 24 x 7 convenience stores. Very comfortable stay with very friendly staff . Room had an excellent view of the Chao Praya River.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Helped me with some prints. Always happy to help and support in whatever way possible. Slight distant from touristy places, but otherwise 10/10.
