Valia Hotel Bangkok

Valia hotel is superb. Don’t think twice, just make a booking. Hotel rooms are big and decorative, the best.

There was bad odour in the corridor of the hotel. Inspite of reporting the matter at reception, no change was felt . Ther were so many Indian guests but no Indian breakfast.

I stayed there for 3 days. On 1stNov, we left the room to go out at 11am. We returned at around 8:20pm. We had requested the room to be cleaned. On returning, we found the door kept wide open. I immediately reported this via the phone to the reception, as well as in person at the reception. No one bothered to call, revert or apologize, or even ask whether anything is missing. Luckily, nothing was missing and the rest of the stay went without event. Lovely place, friendly staff at the breakfast buffet etc however when such an incidence occurs, their response in below average. Would have given a 5 star but due to such carelessness, I cannot give more than 2.5.

We had a great stay at this place. Room was clean and spacious and the food was good. It is close to some excellent sea food restaurants but not quite close to mrt/bts. The staff were exceptional and were quite proactive in tracking down our lost bag in the grand palace. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the kids breakfast section.

The Family Suite was larger than expected, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub. Breakfast was good, and the complimentary chocolate buffet was a nice touch. The staff were courteous and quick to assist whenever needed. The free shuttle to the Emporium Mall near Phrom Phong Station was very convenient, as the hotel is a bit far from the BTS. Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for money.

excellent stay and staff. got some veg dishes in breakfast by requesting chef. good location and got early checkin late checkout. great location and value for money stay. highly recommend

This is my second time staying in this hotel .. the experience is just amazing , great staff , good food and lovely rooms n love the bathrooms .. the hotel is surrounded with cafés bars n night clubs .. and at night it’s really buzzing .. would come back n stay at this hotel for sure

Everything about the Hotel was excellent..except for the guy at reception..he was kind of rude with bad attitude..

Huge Bathroom, Big room and Storage space. The room was awesome. Breakfast was good too. Location is decent, however if you prefer to go to malls better stay in Siam area as traffic is very bad in Bangkok.

Ok place not great… we were given a room in the opposite building not the main building. So it was as if we were living in an apartment. No 5 star feels. Rooms are ok. It’s not a 5 star hotel , its just ok nothing great. Away from bts but they have shuttle every 15 minutes. Don’t expect that your room will be cleaned in a great manner. They just clear the dustbins and make your bed that too very unkempt. Disappointing. Will never stay here.

I have loved my stay at this property, "The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was very comfortable, with a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay

This was my first time I stayed at the hotel recommend by my friend .. and I must say for the price this hotel is soooooo good .. love the room especially the bathrooms .. the staff is so sweet and friendly .. and the best part is the location .. it’s next to a buzzing night life filled with bars clubs and restaurants.. this is the only hotel I’ll stay in Bangkok again 10/10

stayed here for 5 nights and as usual was very comfortable. We eat Jain food and our dietary requirements were met by the Indian chef

New property & Hotel room was good, however not recommended for long stay as they have repeated breakfast menu which is not so great for a long stay, also they do not provide early check-in or late check out option they charge full day rate even if it’s for 2-3 hours despite staying for long week. Except for room remaining all are a big turn down in this hotel.

Decent hotel with spacious rooms. They have a decent buffet as well. The property is accessible from public transport like metro
