soloThe staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and kind. I fell sick the last couple of days and they took such good care of me. The hotel itself is in need of a slight overhaul-- small details like the tub not working properly, threadbare carpets, the poolside being a little dingy. All small infractions, nothing major. The highlight is definitely the location and proximity to both the BTS, MRT and malls, restaurants and shops. The location alone makes it worth the price.

The staff was not courteous. We reached hotel at 7:00 in the morning. But they fid not gave us room till 2:30 pm despite our repeated requests, even though the hotel was only 60% occupied.

Stay was luxurious and value for the charge. The city view room was splendid. The bathroom with its bath tub was amazing. Room was maintained clean and had many amenities, including iron box and board. The tv in the room connected to netflix so entertainment was sorted. The pool and the restaurants in the hotel were amazing too. Best part is its location, especially being close to terminal 21.

This was my second time staying at the continent boutique hotel bangkok sukhumvit and their hospitality does not disappoint. The only issue is that their breakfast menu has very limited options and if you are a vegetarian, you'll merely have any options. Overall a good stay, thanks to their hospitality and great location
