Fantastic family holiday to bring in the New years

We brought in the New years in Bangkok with the family. We were 6 adults and 2 babies. Although we’ve been at multiple Conrad Bangkok by Hiltons in the past in Bangkok, The Conrad was fantastic. Fantastic spacious lobby, lovely lobby bar, diplomat bar with a great band (where we spent copious amounts of time). The spa and gym are world class and so is the pool area. Only downside is the water at this time of the year is not at swim friendly temperature and made getting into the pool impossible with 2 young girls. However the pool bar was great. Feedback would be to look at a temperature controlled system for the main pool and the whirlpool for the December month and year round for better guest comfort. The Conrad Bangkok by Hilton location is brilliant, easily navigable to wherever you need to be in Bangkok. The staff was brilliant end to end at each touch point, courteous and hospitable. A special mention to Antoine (Director of Operations) who I think works 24/7 and was literally available for anything we needed during our stay. He’s a true professional and an asset to the Conrad Bangkok by Hilton and we will surely stay at the Conrad on our next visit.

It's a beautiful Conrad Bangkok by Hilton. Spacious rooms with delicious breakfast and tasty food. Staff is very cooperative. There is mall just adjacent to Conrad Bangkok by Hilton. They also provide free shuttle from Conrad Bangkok by Hilton to nearest phloen chit bts station. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Must stay here if u visit bangkok.

The Conrad Bangkok by Hilton was located in a posh area. Only problem was food as we prefer indian food and the Conrad Bangkok by Hilton did not have any restaurant in its lobby. The staff was very friendly n helpful. But still I would come back as it was a well maintained Conrad Bangkok by Hilton.

Superb Conrad Bangkok by Hilton with excellent breakfast. Other facilities are also too good. The gym is great. Swimming pool is awesome. There is a tennis court too, though I did not have time to play. The bar is also good with live music.
