Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

Rooms not upto the mark. Staff too rude. Charged me extra for breakfast on my last day even though breakfast was included in all nights

Good hotel, very courteous staff. Surrounded by the other hotels nearby. Food is mostly non vegetarian. Indian food available on demand.

The hotel is a bit highly priced with limited services available. At the same price there are better hotels with many other complementary services

It was an amazing experienced stayed at hyatt. Excellent service, kind staffs and service crew, great variety of food to choice and clean room. Would recommend to everyone.

I will not recommend it for vegetarians, they don't have anything in their menu or breakfast. Room size was also average at same price you can get a lot better

The room was too small, there was no 24 hour room service or housekeeping available. If at all you need housekeeping service twice then it is chargeable which i have never seen anywhere before. So, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Room service was not great. Rooms were neat and clean though small. Staff were good and helpful well maintained property breakfast was ok

The hotel location is very good. Close to metro station. Decent breakfast spread. Only problem is no choice for vegetarian.

The rooms were excellent, a very convenient stay for 6 n 7 d, near to the buts (like indian metro) within walking distance, malls, starbucks cafe, indian food available in the hotel, and a excellent staff. We had a good time altogether.

This is the first time i stayed in a branded hotel. Hyatt place bangkok is in city centre. So it was very easy to do tourist activities. Then there are a lot of 5 star hotels near this hotel. And breakfast is really good. Thanks makemytrip.

I don't think so this hotel understands the hospitality when we arrived there was no one to receive our luggage at the the porch i had to go behind the hotel to find the bell boy , then we reached the lobby for our check-in front office manager on duty was rude beyond belief , clapping hands in my face , try doing this in our country ... It's one of the rudest gestures..please don't book this hotel. A big ZERO (0) for the hospitality. NEVER AGAIN 🙏

Good location, no room service, there is a 7-11 right outside and they allow you get outside food & drinks. The swimming pool is small but it has a great view.

Good Location, Inexpensive, Good Rooftop Bar, Good Food, Good Gym, Good Pool, Housekeeping is good too. I just feel that the property is understaffed as Thailand just opened for tourism so lil late check in and not smooth. Else I am gonna come back and stay soon.
