A nice stay with a small glitch.

I had to sign a bill for my breakfast despite telling the cafeteria staff that my tarif includes the breakfast. Which i had to clarify to the reception and they made changes after i showed them. This wasn't very nice experience and could have avoided just keeping in customer focus in view. And the worst part was no apology or sorry from the staff. The lady in charge of the cafeteria was very unprofessional in her behaviour and body language.

Aloft Bangkok is a value for money at the destination place. Levels that plays awesome pop and rock music is in their Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Marriott vicinity apart from insanity which is a 2 min walk. Rooms are awesome and staff is courteous. Dream at the reception made the check-in swift and managed to give an early check in as were members of Marriot rewards. Thoughtful of them.

A nice chic modern Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Marriott with nice staff I have been staying at this property for over 7 years and want to stay only at Aloft. The front desk staff is not cooperative else everyone is too good.
