Not great for indian travellers

staff is super nice. We were upgraded to the premier floor as we were leaving one day early the washroom don't have potty showers which proves very difficult for indian travellers and room service is very slow. Our welcome drink never saw the light of day. Keeping an advance also seemed in poor taste. Gym is sparse with poor equipment. Food however was mixed, the italian was spicy and full of chill i flakes although the oriental cuisine was delicious. The kids menu was great and the kids loved it great if you are a business traveller. Location however is just too much to ignore. Heart of the city and everything is close at hand

The Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is centrally located and there are lot of restaurants, coffee shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. We would definitely stay here on our future trips to bangkok. The breakfast has a lot of variety. In all, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent location value for money and lovely hospitality. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this novotel. Wide spread of breakfast for non vegetarian and who would like to try local cuisine n other countries food. For vegetarians option is very less, other than that everything is perfect.
