Good Hotel with good facilities and location. Breakfast was not suitable for indian taste and rest everything was good.

Good room, pleasant and cooperative staff (mr non t specially, clean and decent size bathroom. Basically everything a totality look for in a hotel room. The breakfast options for a vegetarian could have been better but then that’s about whole of thailand.

Don’t stay anymore very old low grade

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and big. The breakfast was also good but very limited items. Metro is also close by. Only 6 minutes walking distance.

pre covid the rooms were fab and spic and span. post covid. the polishes of the interior is chipped off. Wall papers torn ripped and walls were stained. Toilet seats were of different color. The front office executive lady has no manners of customer service or can manage or understand English. Being a behavioral skills coach

Pure covid. The hotel was good in all amenities. As of april 2023. The interiors have ripped off. It is worn out. The front office staff do not speak clear english. Conveying information is like we are coming from a non english country. Things have to be reminded constantly for replacements. Linen smells fresh and the breakfast is fantastic

Firstly, postives: 1. Decent hotel and very very well located place a. Near to metro, hotels, 7eleven, two shopping malls (trinity and one more in 100metres, kfc, mcdonalds, unicorn icecream shop etc etc. 2. Room is big enough with all aminities provided. 3. Bath tub with hot water shower 24/7 is a huge bonus 4. No one to bother you at anytime. U can come and go as u like. 5. Buffet is good with huge varities to choose 6. They provide umbrella for free. You have to return it though. 7. I can't remember all but its a very good stay. 8. Tv with one english channel to watcg movies is good. Wifi is great speed. Pool and sauna is excellent. Negatives: 1. Water bottles only 2. U have to buy after that. This is common across bangkok but 4star hotel should at-least provide this unlimited. 2. Little expensive being such far away from cbd. 3. No balcony evwn we paid good amount. 4. Food is sweet. When it continental. It should cater for all 5. No microwave for heating food. 4star should have that.

Easy approachable. Clean, decent and helpful staff. Easy check in.

This is the best hotel in Bangkok.

The staff is very good, the good part is we can do light cooking at the room which was quite useful for my mom who didn't want to eat anything other than Indian. The staff behavior is overall very good, there was one hiccup during check in wherein I felt Mr. Mint behavior to be a bit rude when I was discussing about early checking with the lady who had told me room will be ready in 2 hours, he had no context but he pitched in to say "lot of people come early, but we can't have room ready".

The hotel is overall very good loved the location staff service and cleanliness as a vegetarian I did not have much breakfast options but other than that very good

We enjoyed our stay, room provided was nice and luxurious and staff was good and helpful.
