Location is great, reception team is very courteous, however room service staff is less and hence annoyed all the time. The The Tarntawan Hotel Surawong Bangkok needs some overall upgradation in terms of renovation as ac in the 8th floor was not working even after changing rooms thrice. We had to move to 6th floor to get cooling. However the staffs try their best to help the guests. So thumbs up for them.
