The Tarntawan Hotel Surawong Bangkok

It was a beautiful experience of staying at the hotel. Very much comfortable stay. Very much helpful and cordial staff

Too expensive for an average, not well maintained hotel. It’s closer to a 2 or 3 star than a 4 star. At the same rate, there were better hotels. The decor is nice but hotel hasn’t been renovated in too many years. Strange smell, not cleaned enough, not enough attention to guest needs (basic stuff)

Location, staff, ambience and 6th floor rooms are good. Room service staff needs more smile in their face. Specially the girl working there.

Location is great, reception team is very courteous, however room service staff is less and hence annoyed all the time. The hotel needs some overall upgradation in terms of renovation as ac in the 8th floor was not working even after changing rooms thrice. We had to move to 6th floor to get cooling. However the staffs try their best to help the guests. So thumbs up for them.

Nice location and very good service. Staffs are very helpful. Very comfortable and cleaned rooms. Breakfast also good.

The Hotel is located in main place. Room and room service were very good. Food was tasty. I will recommend this Hotel for all.
