property was below standard. breakfast was useless. no security at hotel. fake commitments of complimentary beer or complimentary drop to market by hotel tuktuk. bad quality in room and washroom cleanliness.

Rooms were good & spacious. No one helped to shift luggage from reception area to Rooms which is not appreciated.

The property room was very spacious, and the morning breakfast was also good especially the Indian tea, which is very important for Indian guests. However, I had a disappointing experience with the bathroom. I complained multiple times about the shower pressure being extremely low, which made it difficult to take a proper shower, but no one attended to it or got it fixed. It remained the same until I checked out, which was a very bad experience for me. Also, the towel provided had a hole in it, which is simply unacceptable. Frankly, you can’t expect this from a so-called 4-star property. Apart from these issues, everything else was good.

The nature of Front desk Receptionist and staff is very bad. They threw our luggage. We had to take our luggage to the room. No room service. No ambience, one of the pathetic property in Thailand

Old Hotel Need To Improve so many things ! Bad Dim Lighting & Room Was Good and clean but Something is missing & And We walk so much to Reach main road ! if You stay one or 2 days It's Okay I suggest Check some were else

The rooms are good, everything was well, but we faced an issue with water due to some common water line issue in that area on that day.

Golden sea pattaya hotel location is very good, very well connected to all the essential locations in pattaya, room neat and clean, staff very supportive and helpful, food delicious.

we had booked a Room with kitchenette at ASPEN SUITES.. To our surprise when we checked in we noticed the hot plate was not working plus there was no frying Pan and when enquired we were told to pay 500 Bhat.The Electric kettle was not washed and had coffee spilled and dried in it which we asked them to replace. The reception team particularly one Mr.Abbas was arrogant and maybe he had no proper training on guest relationship.The room service was good and overall our stay was comfortable .

we as a couple loved the stay. rooms and service were great including breakfast and free tuk tuk to the main road.

Aspen Suites is located at a perfect walking disctance of 700mtr from Bangkok most happeing place Nana Plaza. You will find many Indian resturant at walking distance. If you want to get massage there are many option. I would recommend this hotel for both bagpackers and family.
