Two rooms we got were having bad smell. Rooms also don’t have windows. Room service didn’t change towels.

Very nice. Staff is very polite. Hotel is amazing and unique. Commuting from the hotel to other parts of the city is a bit difficult after 5 pm .

Apart from the location of the hotel entrance the hotel was really nice. Very clean and cozy with spacious rooms and a scrumptious breakfast buffet and amazing staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Property is very clean and away from huzz buzz of the downtown. Back side is connected to riverside, which is ideal for relaxing in the evening.

I have had a very good experience in hotels booked through Make my Trip. Everything was provided us in the hotels including shampoo , body wash and hand Towel. Towels were quite clean in the bathroom.

oberall experices was good but there too many mosquitoes in room.. also rooms dont have natural light.. also this not friendly for babies and kids.. struggling with feeding bottle cleaning and other basic baby care. also they deposit 1000 bhat for security which not good and never experienced this before
