The Great Residence Suvarnabhumi Airport

It’s a poor hotel and inside also same old bedrooms and wall no any other facilities in room not like very disturbing.

The stay at Hotel Stey was average overall. The room itself was decent — nothing particularly special, but it served its purpose for a short visit. The ambiance inside the room was okay, though it lacked a bit of warmth or unique character. The outside of the hotel looked alright, with a standard appearance that didn’t stand out but was well-maintained. Suitable for a budget or quick stay, but not ideal if you’re looking for a more memorable or luxurious experience.

Very good worth for the amount we paid only 5 kms to airport, they have airport transfer facility also it's very helpful

Terrible smell inside the room so many ants roaming around inside washroom and floor. Leakage in sink water gets stuck in washroom drainage.

No facility, no cleaning room, no understanding english thai only they know, no provide breakfast proper, no clean room everyday

The hotel is terribly infested with insects. Had a very large spider crawl up from the pillows, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Room and even bed itself was dirty. The only reason we stayed there was cause we had an early flight and it was 6km from the airport with a free shuttle. The opportunist staff tried charging us for that too.

Totally unprofessional staff. Dirty rooms. No breakfast. Too much mosquito in rooms. Staff behaviour so rude and no helpful. Never book this hotel. Even never book from make my trip as they have listed such rubbish hotel in their list.

Though i stayed for 5 hours in this hotel but the stay was terrible there were mosquito es in the room, i had to buy mosquito repellent to get a good night sleep. The bed was also very hard didn't had a wink of sleep in this hotel. Very bad experience

the hotel room was at pathetic condition, used very old towels, smelly pillows and dirty old scratchy furniture, and more over customer service at reception was soo rude😑. just ask for soft drink but she replied need to go and buy from outside restaurant and when came down and checked at reception refrigerator she said u can pay and buy. another incident came across, ask water on call for reception and lady bring water to room and asked to pay money first rudely and never gave water bottle until i gave them money from my pocket. first time came across such worst services in my entire bookings. i don't want gove any rating here. adding picks too. i have added hotel room inside picks

The stay was really bad, full of mosquitos, untidy rooms, bad smell. Bad staff. The staff did not provide drinking water to us as well, they charged 100 baht fine for 10 min late check out without informing us as well
