very polite and clean staff. Room was good and special shout-out to the breakfast they serve. One of the best complementary breakfast in its category. For Indians, there is also Tikka and Talk restaurant opposite this hotel which is also a must visit for authentic indian food.

Our stay in Bangkok was enjoyable, the hotel was comfortable and the rooms were clean and well maintained. It was nice to have everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The only minor drawback was that the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, and there were no balconies, so smokers had to go outside. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the hotel made our stay convenient and comfortable.

The hotel location was excellent. Close to khaoson road but cannot hear loud music. Grand palace, wat pho are very close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent

The hotel was very nice and the staff were also very polite. Overall had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in near future.

I and my husband landed in bangkok from krabi at 10 am. By the time we reached the hotel the time was 11:00 am. We were extremely tired and requested a slightly early check in. Even 12 pm would have worked. However, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and clearly said no to us. After requesting her a lot she told us that rooms are not available for early check-in but if we pay half days rent, we can get a room. It was such a shallow thing to do. For 2 hours the hotel could not compromise. Once we checked in at last at 2 pm, our room’s air conditioner gave out a very foul smell upon starting up for 5-6 mins. Not just this, the balcony outside our room had cigarette buds and looked like it has not been cleaned in years. The shower to the pool is on the stairway of the pool. Overall apart from the location this hotel is not value for money.
