Nysa Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Great hotel with good food .. nice rooms with comfortable beds .. the hotel is new and located near to nana metro station .. 10mins walk from there ..

The property was really luxurious and well maintained and was located at the very famous Sukhumvit 11 close to all the major restaurants and hotels and attractions.

One of the best hotels and best group properties to stay with in Bangkok. Not a single complaint we had during our stay in 8 nights. There was not a single area which has dirt or filth in the room, everything was spick and span. Room upgrade was also given by the kind lady named Milky at the reception counter. Indian meal at the breakfast had varied choices which were not as good as a person would expect if coming from Delhi. Hygiene wise it was absolutely fantastic. AC cooling was fantastic as well.

Bed was of queen size despite saying it’s king

Clean & maintained rooms, very helpful staff. Breakfast had chinese, Thai, Indian & continental too along with live egg counter. Overall, comfortable stay.

I stayed in Room 547 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were prompt and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property is quite new, which reflects in its modern design and cleanliness. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are exceptionally luxurious — definitely a highlight of the stay. The pool area is another great feature, perfect for relaxing. Despite being close to the market, the location is surprisingly peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both convenience and tranquility. Highly recommended!

Good warm experience and good vibes with great hospitality. The overall atmosphere was so good to stay there and is very nearby to all markets . Breakfast also has vide range. Services provided was very prompt with calm staff 😊

Very comfortable. Good clean rooms. Excellent staff. Very hardworking and helpful. House Keeping staff - Ms. Moi, a 17 yr old girl, very hardworking. Front Desk Ms. Sai Location is good. One end of Soi 11. So quite location but walking distance from all the Buzz and eating joints. Only problem is that even after new construction the quality of construction is not good. rest it is perfect.

Property image and reality are not up to the standard

We were a two families with kids. Hotel is exceptionally clean and is located at a very good location. Lots of Indian and global cuisine restuarants along with pubs n 7-11 in walking distance. We were upgraded to executive room but the bed in deluxe room is bigger so will recommend deluxe room for family with kids. Breakfast has good options. Inhouse restaurant is expensive but you can order food/ get food from outside. Check in could have been better as we had ti speak to the hotel manager as the front desk receptionist were not helpful at all. Extra water is complimentary but we faced a weird situation at night when asked for extra water and were advised that there is scarcity if drinking water due to supplier issues. Not expected from a 5 star property. Otherwise it is a good hotel. Next time I may choose Eleven hotel or Ambassador hotel over Nysa.

If I'd like to go back to one property again and again it would be Nysa. The property is absolutely guest friendly. They tick all the boxes in terms of the amenities a guest needs. They have the best size of a pool and you'd spent hours there. Location is slightly inside a lane but that won't bother you much. They're staff takes care of all your needs. The breakfast spread is to die for. The rooms are very spacious. I would recommend staying in the pool view room.

This is a superb hotel, Hi tech and well located. Their service is exemplary and blows one's mind away. Food and Drinks are delectable. Their buffet breakfast spread is to die for!!! Overall a great experience in a world class hotel.
