Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok

overall the rooms are good but staff's behaviour was not good..cleaning staff does not do cleaning properly. the staff we usually met during our breakfas was not very responsive and generally very rude while talking. It was clear that there was majorly towards specific type of guests

The location is excellent just closer to all malls like Platinum, Big C, Palladium, Central World and even Siam center is only the next stop. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of Indian options too . They also make your occasion memorable of it's a birthday.

The stay at centara was amazing The staff was very welcoming and accommodated to all my requests for my baby They also upgraded us to a bigger room to fit in my baby’s cot Will visit again for sure on my next trip to bangkok

Good. Great location , near to platinum mall, central world. It has 24 hour room service with amazing food choices and delicious.

The entrance to the hotel was dingy and a long walk through an alley. Hallways smell musty, rooms smell of cigarettes. Only positive is the breakfast and beds which are great.

Spacious Rooms, Good Buffet Breakfast, Good Location. However does not have a swimming pool. The corridors were smelling. Window view not so great

The stay was good. Centrally located malls near by and indian restaurant in the basement. Rooms near and clean and service good. Breakfast indian food also available

great Stay from check in everything was very smooth great staff. nice breakfast buffet. we had a family room which was lovely with a beautiful city view. walking from platinum mall and local eateries

Hotel is old, flat pillows, curtains needs a good washing, need smart tvs etc. for the amount paid. Better options of newer hotels in the same locality at lesser tariffs and food prices was 5 star rate but was ok.

The stay was brilliant. Nothing short of 5 star facility in the heart of the shopping market of Bangkok. The breakfast was amazing and the spa offer of 1+1 was a bonus.

The day when we checked in. The room which was alloted to us was very Bad. Not at all clean. But I requested for a room changed and then they changed the room.

Location is apt - walking distance from metro; almost centrally located; bus station nearby; for indians depending on indian cuisine it's close to indra square with so many indian restaurant. Staff is very courteous, breakfast has an indian section, room service is top notch so overall a very place to stay

Perfect location, great deluxe room, friendly staff. Did not try breakfast as loads of indian resturants around. Mmt should offer late checkout option also in the booking, as the hotel does not even allow 1 hour extra. Overall, best price and value.

Watergate pavillion is great especially its family room with bunk bud. Best part is the location.

Old property, needs upgrade on the amenities. Location is very far from the hotspot areas of koh samui. Best experience was the private beach, food and the sea view room. Service was terrible. Staffs don’t understand us and waited 1 hour for them to bring one umbrella to our room.

Amazing location. Very good rooms, staff was extremely cordial ! we have early morning flight, the hotel staff packed breakfast for us too ! lovely stay.
