Urbana Sathorn, Bangkok

The hotel is in not a good location. The breakfast is not worth a single dollar and hardly has salad and eggs and they charge a five star hotel rate but it is not even 3 star. You ask for extra towel abed they charge you. The lobbies on the floor are dark and not well lit. There are absolutely no smoking rooms which is a big inconvenience. Do not stat at this hotel

Rooms were good big but lake of lights make it look dull and old. No food options for indians. It is on main road so nothing is there near by.

We got the urbana for a very good price then we were a little suspicious that it may not be good but when we entered the hotel it is a absolute next level place we love the hotel so so much very value for money

Had a meeting in santhon so looked for a hotel in the area, luckily found urbana on the net, lovely hotel, great location and good price and the bed was super comfortable. Besides for a price of a hotel room, one is getting the confort of a one bedroom apartment. Would definitely recommend it.

The location is very good with good amenities like a swimming pool. Also the staff is very competitive.

Stayed for 5 nights had an amazing experience, rooms are very huge with all amenities provided by hotel all process was smooth as well

We as a family stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. The experience was great. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was pleasant. Overall an awesome experience.

Not up to the mark although it's a five star hotel one can not find local market around rooms are not that good have dim light had lots of issues had to call customer care spoiled my mood.
