Novotel Bangkok Bangna Hotel

Staff was very much cooperative. Location is easily accessible to BETC, (Bangkok Exhibition & Trade Center), 30 min. drive to both Airports via Highway. Food quality was average. No option for Indian Foods at all..!

Novotel Bangna-There was no dental kit in room until I ordered It No one came to help me with my luggage when I got to Novotel 1st time Food was very average No final bill was provided I just Paid and came off The Novotel phuket- Room was good food was good but problem was our family had to go through all stares towards b building by taking a few stares every time to take my lift 1st lift was under repair

Its very nice hotel with excellent service very nice view with good service but super market and other places are bit far from here

It was a shock for me that novotel not having water spray jets in their toilets wat they think this is europe ! you are getting visitors from all over the world if you hove to keep it keep tissues keep as an option not compulsory. Secondly another shock no vegetarian food available in your menu expect a veg magretita pizza nothing in breakfast after complaining to the reception i was made a vegetarian sandwich every morning, this is my last booking here in novotel for sure

I absolutely loved the place, a booked one bedroom suite for 3 days, the room was very spacious, and completely value for money. If i’m travel-ling to bangkok again i’ll love to stay here)

Very very nice experience. Enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. Very neat and clean. Excellent quality of food. Family stay hotel must rate 5 stars.

Location is in the city, clean and neat rooms. I would recommend to add few more options in breakfast.

Wonder experience, rooms are but tiny but all facilities available and housekeeping staff was good and good hygiene maintain
