I had a great experience and rooms had the best view for bangkok with high raise building and the river front. The hotel had complementary ferry services to metro station as well as to shopping complexes. It’s in the heart of bangkok and most places are nearby.

There were only two indian vegetarian items in the breakfast, the taste was horrible. They should increase more indian vegetarian items in the breakfast to attract more indians

Excellent experience superb good food and stay

Our stay at Sheraton was great. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was a great experience. The reception staff was also very friendly and cooperative. They allowed our special request of late check-out by 2 hours. The best thing was the view from the room which displays the Chao Phraya River beautifully.

Best location, amazing service and excellent food. This Hotel gave us the experience of Bangkok like never before. A perfect place for business and pleasure.

We'll, whatever I write would be less for this hotel. Amazing hospitality by the staff. Loved the river view specially in the night. Located very close to Wat Arun and Wat Pho temple. Tourist boat is in walk away distance.

Hotel is very good. Staff is very helping. Amenities are excellent. Room service is impressive. Gym is fully equipped. Swimming pool has good scenic view. River view is very good. Overall stay is fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it is good to prebook breakfast if you forgot to add while booking you can still do it while check in for 300 thb per person otherwise normal cost is 500 thb. Great river view from breakfast restaurant and also we enjoyed live music and traditional dance at thai restaurant inside hitel on level 1

It was a great hotel with excellent facilities. The staff was nice however they created lot of trouble for me in refunding my money they had blocked at the time of check in. That was a bad experience actually.

The hotel is located right on the banks of the river Chao Praya and makes for an excellent view both during night and day. One can sit along the Riverside Grill restaurant for hours together. The staff are very friendly are prompt with their service. The rooms are spacious and good with a good minibar.

I stayed there for 2 nights and found it to be a little away from main town. Everything about the hotel is quite average. It is certainly not a premium property (It's a good clean hotel, not Sheraton standard). They insisted on a deposit (In-spite of the room already paid) and it's been 7 days I have not got back my money refunded. They said that they are blocking the amount but it was deducted straight away from my account. I suggest do not pay deposit whatever they say. The good thing is that they don't charge extra for Local Guests' if you are interested to know.

Rooms are not at all you are paying for. It's just the truly amazing location of this hotel. It's just so perfect right on river but beautiful view of city. Not at all surrounded by crowded area. Hotel need to renovate their rooms. They are very old. You won't feel that you are in a 5 star after entering the room. But the view from the window will make you forget everything though. Overall kind of the best for location.

Keeps up to the brand name with a perfect location just next to the river and close to the pier and skytrain. The breakfast spread was good. Hotel staff seemed a bit busy, but was ready to help and support.
