A brand new property, with excellent amenities and very polite staff. Located in a upscale residential area. Hence, a quite place to stay for business men, couples and families with children. Drawback is that SILQ Hotel and Residence doesn't have a travel desk. They dont provide any SILQ Hotel and Residence cars for travel. One has to rely on cabs only. Hotel doesn't org-anise any sightseeing packages etc. Actually, the SILQ Hotel and Residence is best suited for relaxing and spending quality time in the property.

Property is very good and beautiful. Service is excellent, and indian food, italian food is also good location is good but not best, little far from emporium mall, but best part is free shuttle every 2 hour from SILQ Hotel and Residence. But frequency should be more.
