The rooms are not good there is smell in the room they dont have smallest of amenities to provide like a mosquito coil or repellent the worst stay experience there are insects in the room and lobby no cleanliness when we not in the room someone from staff must have used the washroom because when we came back the washroom was dirty and stinking with yoilet seat full dirty do book your stay with hotel its waste of money. I was travelling with my lid who is 5 years old i called make my trip so many times bit even they never called back to help us out they just want money but dont want to hive service back in return they only said we will call youback we will call you back bit ginally after 3nights and goylur day s and continue waiting we have checked out promising never to ise make my trip again

Very disappointing stay – unsafe and unhygienic experience The room was infested with red ants, and I was bitten badly on my arm. The bathroom flush didn’t work, and the living room AC was non-functional. Breakfast was below average and lacked basic quality. AC ans The Bycicle in the gym not functional. Felt dizzy To make things worse, while I had stepped out for breakfast (without checking out), a staff member checked me out without my permission and had all my belongings, including my passport, brought down. This is a serious breach of privacy and trust. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I do not recommend staying here.

Pretty mixed stay, the room size and the amenities are okay but the wall had a lot of stains and you will need to walk at-least 15 mins to reach the main road where the bts is

Very poor room quality not justified money paid and name novotel. Everything outdated. No proper amenities.

The breakfast was not at all upto the mark. No vegetarian options. Also the bathroom was non maintained. Plus balcony was very dirty

5-6 hours we seat on reception at the time of check in then we take room from our money for 16th nova very bed experience with make my trip. We want compensation for mentally harassment whole night. Plz arranged call for me on monday 20th of november around 1:00 o’clock india time from your senior.

The whole floor stinked and when I complained, and although they offered another room it wasn’t good either. No bell hop to shift luggage from one room to another. Breakfast is served on dot, by that i mean they wont even let you enter the area to have breakfast even though all the food is available.. and they will be rude about it. When asked they say they are from an outside catering agency and that they gotta leave… almost the entire food is taken away without anyone eating it. Also brownie points for how indifferent they are to indians at this hotel… overall poor customer service, a high sense of entitlement for being Thai.. and lack of standards. Hardly the five star service that you think you ll get by looking at novotel properties in India. If you re Indian… dont book here!!

Hotel has spacious rooms and washing machine in the balcony. Room was neat and clean. Check in and check out was smooth. They have tuk tuk for drop at the buts station. Although it may be a slight walk for some people to the sukhumvit road. Good stay.

Away from hustle bustle, less noisy, good neighborhood

It’s though novotel, their bed linens and towels are in terrible conditions. I bought new towels instead of using hotels towels. Rest other things are ok. Hotel staff is also polite. No hotel like service available.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. I can't find a fault with the facilities or service. The prices are a bargain. I have stayed here twice.
