Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok

the first day I booked was good, except for the smell. it was pathetic to the core. the next day i was going to be out but later on, after returning back i found the room wasn't clean, then later the receptionist said it will be done in the day time. fine . later i asked for drinking water bottle. The lady in the evening reception called me bk to the room stating that only two drinking bottles can be allocated. what nonsense and pathetic service. I paid for three days and this is the answer she gave. i would NOT RECOMMEND it .

Room is good for family. Indian food available in the hotel. All tour package are available in hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were big enough, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which really made me feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the on-site Indian restaurant – it was a pleasant surprise to find delicious vegetarian food available right at the hotel. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended, especially for vegetarian travelers!

Hotel located in a street with 100 or more places to eat and drink and is located near Nana plaza and the Hotel itself is well built and the services are good

Citadine is located in center of the city it's easy access to shopping mall and restaurants. The ambiance was great .Food was good you can get indian food as well . Cleanliness i will give 5star rating. Overall it's highly recommend who visits Bangkok to explore nyt life

Citadines was perfect for us. Friendly staff, very well furnished studio room, very useful tuktuk service to the nearby metro, daily Indian veg food options in the breakfast and a helpful concierge - all this at an affordable price - made our stay very pleasant.

Very disappointing stay. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. The food quality was poor and not at all worth the price. There was absolutely no ambience or atmosphere in the property. Definitely not recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Citadines at Sukhumvit 11. The check-in was smooth and the room was super clean. The security at the hotel is top-notch. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel on the ground floor where complimentary breakfast is served and you can get Indian food there as well. The hotel is close to BTS Nana, making it easy to travel anywhere in Bangkok via BTS. They also have a tuk tuk service that drops you right at the BTS. There is also a Wash and Dry (self-service) on the top floor at a nominal cost, which is totally worth it, especially on a long stay at Bangkok.
