Marvin Suites Hotel

Worst experience at the hotel. They charged us 300 baht for a dirty bed sheet. The night shift reception lady was so extremely rude that she picked bed sheet from our room, started cleaning it in front of us and said this is dirty we can’t use it again, . She knew we have a flight to catch and cab waiting, so she used that to earn money. Why build a hotel if you don’t want guests to use bed sheets at all. For everyone’s information, the bed sheet was very normally dirty as its white and easily washable. Not recommended at all. Pathetic staff, only focussed at making extra money. They really find reasons to fine guests, they did it with so many. Rooms are small and staff behaviour and service is pathetic.

There is big problem in reception to get check in and get our twin booking room receptionist wanted to offer upgraded room and pay 500 bath extra per night

Class hotel in heart of the city which is near to all locations, hotel was clean and hygiene and good maintenance

Hi friends we had traveled to bus as a come and had booked Marvin Suites sathorn for 3 days. We had a late check in and upon arrival we were greeted very warmly and promptly ushered to our room. As we were travelling and were tired we went straight to bed, but alas to our dismay the bed was too small for two adult couples and multiple times one of us landed on the floor from the bed. There was a construction going on just beside the hotel and from morning 8 to evening 5 it was constantly banging and generator sound. The in house restaurant only served continental and Thai dishes which is a bummer. The free drop provided by the hotel to nearest metro station was non existent. Overall our stay was average. Nothing extraordinarily. Many other hotels are available in the price that we paid. PS: kindly avoid room, it's too small for a couple or family.

I just booked rooms in the hotel after Reading few review. And indeed it was a right decision with everything at your finger tips. Hotel staff behaviour extremely good and the receptionist at lobby are clear and polite. For me indeed a must stay hotel.

It is centrally located 5min walk to metro, 1 stops to central pier where icon siam, Grand palace is accessible. 3 stops from siam square, MBK.

Location is adjustable and food nearby restaurants and supermarket can go easily and service is good and english speaking staff.

Clean room, helpful courteous staff, nearby food outlets and within 1 kilometer range from 2 sky-train stations.
Clean room, disturbance from adjacent site construction.

Value for money.

Not for vegetarians, only non veg food available.

Location is easy to find. Service was good. Check in was quick even though it was early.

Its value for money, even though there are some disadvantages. The mirror is only in the bathroom, so every time you have to go there to see your makeup. Bed is good for 2 people, but not good for 2Adults+1kid. Only two pockets of sugar and 2 bottles of water is complimentary. Good news is 7Eleven shop is there nearby for shopping. When considering the money, I was really satisfied with the hotel. Thanks.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night, location is good near BTS, rooms were very clean, staff were very polite they helped us a lot, couldn't explore the facilities so I can't review them, overall this is a very good option if you want to stay in silom area

The Hotel is situated about 750m from the nearest metro. The rooms are good, the staff is polite but there is no restaurant in the hotel. There is no option of having Indian food nearby if that's OK for you then it's a good Hotel. The hotel doesn't allow early check-in and check-in time is very late(2 PM). Even if the room is available they charge around 500 baht(1000inr) for early check-in. Also, they don't provide many services on Sunday(currency exchange, free shuttle service to BTS etc)

If you ask my experience and the whole group's experience, I have one word to say "It's fabulous". I really liked the cordial behavior of each of the hotel staff. They were extremely helpful for any of our need. If you give them any responsibility of tour booking or cab booking, be rest assured it would be done without delay. You need any support (in the odd hour of the night as well), you will find them with a smiling face. The only con is they don't provide any restaurant facility. Hope they will come with that soon.

Nice budget hotel, close to the tourist attractions, strictly no smoking policy, guest friendly, easy to reach from the airport, in the center of the city. Room service was nice, many Indian restaurants nearby.

Rooms are good also service are very good. The staff is very helpful. I was very happy and my friends were also very happy. They told me that whenever they will come again in Bangkok they will book again Marvin Suites hotel.

Located at a good location of Sathorn which has good connectivity with sky train, taxi and bus. We were welcome warmly with welcome drink. The room was great which will give you good sleep, bathing experience. Swimming Pool addition will be great but budget is a factor. Staff know English well so speaking communication isn't a problem
