Very nice experience, best location in Bangkok that’s Sukhumvit area and all Indian veg restaurants are nearby

Good location …….. nice breakfast ……….. staff is good …. Light was cut off they need to set up some back up … I know it’s once in a time but I face the issue

Not for family at all and the location in busy road and too much bars on it and not good for arab families

The Steve was good and incredible, and the staffs were really good and polite. Even the food. Thai food was literally awesome. It was a different level of experience for my side and the pool was literally going to me.

I personally didn’t like the stay rooms were too small breakfast menu options was so less they should improve their pool area and 7th floor area

It is in the night life area but fully sound proof rooms. I stayed there for business and the service was top notch and the food to Novotel standards. Decent hotel. I probably over paid for it, try to compare direct booking prices.

It's in very good location. Rooms are smaller for the price. TV is not smart, it's just waste. Doesn't connect with any apps. Overall nice experience

Hello, During my recent stay at Novotel Bangkok, I lit a single cigarette in the privacy of my own room — not in any public area or shared space. Yet, I was immediately fined 5,000 Baht. While I completely understand hotel policies regarding smoking, the response was unnecessarily aggressive and lacked professionalism. There was no prior warning or respectful conversation — only threats of involving the police and an additional unexplained charge of 2,000 Baht. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the clear hypocrisy. During our stay, we noticed escorts freely roaming around the hotel and approaching guests — and the management seemed perfectly fine with that. But lighting one cigarette inside my private room — something that didn’t disturb or harm anyone — was treated like a crime.

Food wad excellent and staff were super polite. Room was clean and both the buffet and the alacarte menu was excellent

Its a very good hotel in the heart of sukhmuvit bangkok. Service and location is top notch. I was impressed by hotel prompt service. Staff is very welcoming. Nana bts station is nearby. Easily got cabs, tuk tuk in front of hotel. Lots of sports bar nearby.
