Really a premium hotel stay with good customer services. They helped us all the way they can. Was really satisfied.

Not a Good Experience. average location, average services, average rooms. overall didn't enjoy at all

Excellent location, two metro stations at walkable distance. Room resembles photos. Comfy, neat and clean rooms.

Decent place with easy access to a whole lot of shopping malls and eating places. The rooms are average and nothing to write home about but there place is clean, staff courteous and service uneventful, in a positive sense of the term.

Hotel is good with good location, 1/2 km from platinum, central world, Siam paragon.

Staff are cordial and nice. Very homely feelings encompassed the whole staying. Excellently suited for family staying. Booking through makemytrip for this hotel was, indeed, worth the value of money. Will stay in this hotel in my next family visit.

It was a nice experience. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Mainly it has the great location advantage, right in the middle of the giant shopping malls and markets in Siam. The staff were helpful and provided good service. Thanks for the overall hospitality shown. Keep it up!

Very close to business centre. Good location. Building look old from outside. Spacious family room. Restaurant quality can be improved but plenty of options available on few meters walk to main road. Overall good choice.

Wonderful hotel and location. Good hygiene level with all basic amenities. Pickup and drop arranged by hotel was on time. Overall enjoyed our stay with kids and family. Will stay again if happen to go to Bangkok in future.
