Nouvo City Hotel

We had a great stay at Nuovo City Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Khaosan Road and right next to a 7/11, which made things very convenient. The morning breakfast was superb with a wide variety of food options that suited everyone in the family. The lobby staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The kids really enjoyed the play area, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.The room was comfortable and nicely kept, though I do wish the toilet door offered a bit more privacy and the TV could have been a smart TV for easier streaming. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay that I’d recommend for families visiting Bangkok.

Nouvo City Hotel is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The rooms are decent and well-managed, and the hotel is Muslim-friendly with halal food available. Its location is excellent—just a short walk to Khao San Road—yet it’s set in a family-friendly area, making it a great choice for both relaxation and exploring the city.

location is good. 10 minutes walking distance from khao san road. Breakfast was buffet. at 10 AM they close breakfast. Did not even provided a cookies after 10 AM. Room size is ok. But a bit claustrophobic as there is no sunlight inside room and room lighting is also below required.

Comfortable Hotel with Great Location

Very good location. Clean and spacious rooms. Good place to stay for families with kids. There are 2 pools and a kids play area. The koi pond at top floor is also a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was a good mix of thai and continental food. The omleteband waffle section was great to have. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Location was not good and isolated place, no nearby place to visit. Main tourist locations are very far from hotel, zero food options

The hotel location was really good. The staff and services were good. The only drawback was the linens and bathrobes, torn and poor quality.

we booked 2 rooms in this 4STAR hotel - In one room AC stopped working around 1 am , Did complaint but as per staff no service tech available in night . on my request he showed me another room but there also same it's not working later we got room with working AC but it has too much of noise but we managed. In morning while checkout I gave feedback back to a lady on reception but she rudely said its a machine it can damage but we provided the room ok . It was not a good stay for us . they should teach their staff how to accept their mistakes politely and keep one tech in night also. They have 280 rooms and only 5 to 6 staff available in night including security.

I understand it's not a premier property, but cleanliness could be improved. It feels you have entered a room somewhere in 70's. Breakfast options were high but nothing was edible. Come only if you want to ve sure that your mwat is halal compliant.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. Also, we were the only indian family during our stay. 10 mins walk to khao san road and there were so many cafes outside of the hotel serving alcohols and good food. The breakfast spread was very good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It's an average property with very average room quality. However, the price point is good and it's a good stay if you are planning to stay just for a night. The location is amazing and surrounded by plenty of street food cafes with an amazing vibe.
