Stay was just average as hotel committed for deluxe category with king size bed, but given twin sharing bed with very tiny room.

Rooms are good, but common areas should have been more spacious

Hotel property is good and in good location. Very near to terminal mall and bangkok famous places but only improve breakfast options.

Good place and very near to 7 eleven, buts sky train and nana. If they include early check in or flexible checkin then it will be excellent.

We have said that smoking is allowed. We can't smoke in room

The hotel was good one more thing that is 5th floor please upgrade the customer we want second floor and 3rd floor it is enough

Good location, clean rooms, good hotel staff, 100 meters from Metro station, good restaurants around specially Indian cuisine including vegeterian food. Super markets and shopping malls in walking distance.

Location of hotel is very good, is very near to Nana metro station and connected to most of the pallet area. Standard room was OK, getting cigarette smell. Allowed for early check-in I. E. @11:00 AM. Staff can speak and understand English. Overall it was nice stay, considering location and money.

Good hotel with a perfect location. Breakfast menu was limited but overall it was a nice experience. BTS is just walking distance away and covers almost all nearby attractions. Sukhumvit is the best location to live in Bangkok.

The room and hotel is nothing to write about. Not fancy, bit if you're looking for a fairly clean mid range hotel near the BTS. This is a good choice. The restaurant owner night outside the hotel is very friendly. My flight arrived really early in the morning but I was denied an early check in, not great customer service.

Good hotel, very good location, can get Indian food nearby location, Nana railway station is next to hotel, Hotel staff is very polite and very helpful, Good breakfast facility available, Thai food is also good.
