Excellent location and staff. Spacious rooms and worth the price. Definitely recommended for indians as many indian and pakistani restaurants around.

Hotel was good and clean. Rooms were clean and tidy. However but breakfast items are limited and not upto the mark. Moreover we were surprised when I asked for an extra towel at the reception and they literally asked us 100 baht charges for an extra towel. That was really pathetic. when I asked them the reason and told them no hotel charge this way. After that they remain silent. Really unprofessional.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Kingston Suites Thailand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing break. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff. All were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend Kingston Suites to anyone visiting Bangkok — great service, great value, and a truly pleasant.

The room was old, had bad odour, most of the utilities not working. The room was too far, outside the main property, given us a place in some other building.

Our stay at Kingston Suites was overall a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and the food was delicious. However, we felt that the breakfast menu could benefit from more options, particularly vegetarian choices. The service was okay, but we noticed that a more attentive hospitality would elevate the experience. With a few tweaks, this hotel has the potential to exceed expectations.

Mixed Experience in the Executive Suite I recently stayed in the executive suite, which offered a decent experience overall. Special mention goes to Owen for his exceptional service, and the inclusion of a washing machine was a convenient touch. However, several aspects detracted from the stay. The room felt outdated, lacking modern amenities. Notably, there was no in-room telephone, making it inconvenient to contact room service or the front desk. While some hotels are moving away from traditional landlines, they remain crucial for immediate assistance and emergencies. Security was another concern. The main security gate was occasionally left open, despite instructions to keep it closed. This lapse in protocol raises questions about the hotel’s commitment to guest safety. In summary, while the suite had its merits, improvements in room modernization and security measures are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.

Overall good stay

It was very good. Location is amazing, Terminal 21 mall is at a walking distance. Same for platinum, and chatuchak, around 20 mins by car. I just would recommend having more veg options on the breakfast buffet and provide at least 2 litres of water per day. Currently, we just get 1L water per day which is not enough for 2 guests.

Find property very easily by taxi from airport. But after reaching there they shifted me to another hotel

Great property. Well behaved staff. Food was top notch. Amenities were excellent. overall great service, hygeine and hospitality.
