Location would be a 7/10. a few minutes walk to the Metro which will take you Central otherwise Central becomes very far. But the hotel is decent except for a few things noted below: Room and Breakfast was good. The staff was sweet but some of them showed they were going out of their way to do things that weren't actually that difficult to do. There was no room service so even of you want basic toiletries or cutlery, you personally need to go to the reception and get everything. The TV in my room was not working.

It was really amazing to book a hotel in advance for my Amsterdam trip. Once we reached Amsterdam, the hotel was very close to Amsterdam Centraal Railway Station as well as Amsterdam Airport. Moreover, the hotel offered free breakfast; however, Indian food was not available. For Indian food, you needed to find a restaurant, which was very close to the hotel. Our room had air-conditioning problems from the first day, and although we complained several times, the problem was not solved. On the last day, they changed our room. The hotel is very good, but its services need improvement. After 9:30 p.m., no food was available, so one must take care. Overall, it was a very good experience. I suggest booking a cab in advance via MakeMyTrip for your international trips—it will make your journey much smoother.

The hotel is a let down from the brand expected. Room cleaning is not done on most days and the time it is the service leaves a lot to be desired. Room was very spacious and it was a very good hotel in terms of everything. Metro is 12 minutes walk away
